# REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Customers are allowed to inspect their order upon delivery only.

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or receiving an incorrect item.

• Proof of purchase is required for all exchange and return requests.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

• REVIVE'IT reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

• يحق للعميل معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام فقط.

• يُسمح بالاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات المرفقة.

• يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو استلام منتج غير مطابق للطلب.

• يشترط تقديم ما يثبت عملية الشراء.

• لا تُسترد رسوم الشحن إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا.

• يتم فحص المنتج قبل إتمام عملية الاسترجاع أو رد المبلغ (إن وجد).

• تحتفظ REVIVE'IT بحق رفض أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع لا يستوفي الشروط المذكورة أعلا
